BLM yesterday and today

BLM was one of the first business centres in Munich. Lydia Morawietz founded the company in 1988 as "Büroservice Lydia Morawietz". Under her management, BLM quickly grew to 1,000 square metres in the former premises of UNIVERSA Versicherung and a customer base of over 250 clients.

In 2022, she handed over BLM to Nico Konrad as part of the succession plan. Since then, BLM has stood for "Business Location Munich".
Thanks to his 15 years of experience in management consultancy, he knows the importance of professional business relationships.
From the very beginning, he attached great importance to continuing to live the unique selling points that characterise BLM and have made the company great: Reliability, fairness, service quality and flexibility.

Our long-standing clients, such as lawyers and IT consultants, some of whom have been loyal to us for more than 15 years, particularly appreciate our professional and cost-saving telephone and reception service as well as the flexible use of our conference rooms with state-of-the-art video conferencing technology.

BLM has been a member of the Bundesverband Business Center e.V. for over 10 years and proves anew every year that it meets the strict quality requirements of the BBC e.V. BLM has also been a member again since 2024. Board of the BBC e.V. actively represented.

Our employees have decades of experience in the hotel industry, reception, telephone and secretarial services in large and small companies in various sectors.
