Building work in the house and Lilienstr.
We would like to inform you that currently in the 2nd floor of house number 73 extensive building work is taking place in one of the flats.
Unfortunately, it is unavoidable that this can occasionally lead to Noise pollution comes. In addition, the Parking situation in the courtyard and on our doorstep is currently restricted, as space is required for construction site logistics. As things stand at present, this work is expected to take us until April accompany.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The entrance to Lilienstraße has been blocked since November - a test of patience for all of us in the neighbourhood. The reason is the construction project on the Lilienstraße 9, that has made the road a one-way street or dead end for months.
The good news: According to the current plan, the haunting is to 2 March 2026 have come to an end. We very much hope that the work will remain on schedule and that we will have clear roads (and clear pavements!) again in time for the start of spring.
